I've heard one of the main problem is the distance of the locations from the meat factory they use, doesn't seem legit but idk how meat expiration/freshness quality works(?).

They do have locations outside cali, got a few in Phoenix and a few in Las Vegas

Korea had pop up stores come up already for in n out twice already I believe. It's pretty crazy that in n out is having these pop up stores open overseas in Asia before even hitting east coast! I heard its supposed to open in Korea not too long from now.

Since this is a one day store, freshness isn't an issue since they can fly it in on ice and not have to worry about it sitting around for days.
