what i dont get is how people say ether was better.
all Nas did was say "GAY" jokes, talked about his looks, brought up some stuff everyone already knew anyways and just said a bunch of lil "snaps/bags/jokes" etc.
on Takeover, Jay-Z broke down his career and albums, exposed that Nas gets practically NOTHING from his CLASSIC album Illmatic, and pretty much made fun of how he went from street thug to nino brown of the queensbridge to a wizard to a porn star to a poet. in 5 albums. "...what you tryin to kick knowledge?"
AND jayz also destroyed 2 other rappers in the same song.
Nas didnt even have enough juice to get require a whole track.

at the time I was the a fan of both but a lil more bias to Hov cuz im from Bk , Takeover was the shiznit but when flex dropped a million bombs on Ether that night it was a problem ... Im sorry but Ether is a like one of those Tyson punches early in his career, **** hurts...

My dude I glad I was apart of it as well but its rather tired now and most people are not objective and just ride for whoever they are a fan of more.
