Jordan 1 Chicago - Reimagined aka Lost and Found - November 19, 2022

Wasn’t deep in the game at this time. How was this release for folks?

Had 3 pairs, sold 2

Wasnt difficult if u did the footwork, but now its different and u got kids buying hundreds of pairs and they not even of age to buy a lotto ticket lol (where these kids getting these funds from i have no idea)

Resell was also low for a while after rd

I copped 2 Breds and offed 1 :smh:
Easily had multiple shadows and royals around the same time

I worked part time at FNL when 2016 black/reds dropped. Most employees were able to get one pair, might have been about 25 of us. The rest were all raffled fairly and scooped same day. Some employees copped for themselves, some resold, personally I ooped mine to a homie who still has. We all paid full price.

I Copped My pair in Ypsilanti puffer reds which my wife cousin worked for S/O to him he was able to secure my pair and secure my royal ones a year later Resell price wasn’t bad either around that time even if you didn’t hit for retail

No bull though 😂🤦🏿‍♂️

Might want to avoid StockX, eBay and GOAT for these……unless of course you trust those dudes who spend 20 seconds sniffing and spinning shoes around and ruffle the tissue paper in the box for verification. Lol

who or what the heck is "XH"

Just stumbled upon this article that talks about a growing revolt against sneakers and resale culture. I hope it continues to go this way and one day fully reverts closer to being when this whole thing was a much smaller sub-culture and mostly populated by those of us who actually care about sneakers on their own and not because it's the hyped trendy thing to be into and to buy.
EDIT: Not sure why this link now says you have to subscribe to read it, I was able to read it in full for free on my first visit via google news. I'm sure you guys can find a way to access it, and it's an interesting read.

I got 1 of my pairs from there.

Factory that Nike contracts to make shoes. And when they’re done making what Nike ordered, they’ll make more pairs using the leftover materials they got, and substitute other materials that are lacking.

I highly doubt Nike supply the materials. So it’s probably an unlimited supply of whatever the “legit” materials are.

I build Jeeps for a living. Right now I can scrape up parts to build at least 10 full Jeeps from non-conforming materials. Question is, are they still real Jeeps because they technically aren’t authorized by Chrysler.
