damn just checked my xbox and i been victimized by the ban wave. my boy fell victim too. abgx all games and never played pre relase date. i think m$ found away to read the firmware. i was on 1.5 FW

well thats why..shoulda been on 1.51 or 1.6, 1.61 by now.

and btw..guy in my city updates consoles for u for only 15$...so that aint too bad.and ive only had to update twice since i got minds modded..from 1.41 to1.5..to 1.6

The guy I bought my extra xbox on said it's fine. Because the mod is on the system, not the HDD.
