Weren't the Chiefs in it originally but then dropped out?

Chris Johnson is supposed to be released tomorrow.

They aren't it isn't even close :lol

Ahh I can't even argue with someone who said the NBA is a better than the NFL

Ahh when you have nothing intelligent to respond with change the subject and lie.

Just admit you didn't know what you were talking about in regards to the Chiefs and Diplomats cap situation and lets move on.

DeSean Jackson will count more against the Eagles' salary-cap this season ($6.25M) than the ********' ($4.25M). (via @AdamSchefter)
[/quote]

The Desean Jackson has a 11.25 million cap hit in 2015 and the ******** still have more cap space that year than Eagles and Chiefs combined.

The Eagles are going to have to cut Demeco Ryans, either cut or extend Trent Cole, and probably give Cary Williams the boot to have cap space.

I'l be shocked if Cary Williams is on the team next year, dude probably should have been cut this year.

Actually I do know what I'm talking about but lets just use the cap as a reason Reid just wants to be a "father figure"

Dips are more pressed than then chiefs or the other 30 NFL teams that were barely interested in nothing more than a 1 year deal

It doesn't tell you anything that Andy wasn't interested in Desean?
The numbers for wide receiver DeSean Jackson's new contract with the Washington ******** are in. Turns out the Kansas City Chiefs could have given Jackson the identical contract. But Jackson's contract would have been a tight fit under their salary cap and might have forced them to make some other decisions they would prefer not to.
The Chiefs have about $4.5 million in cap room, so signing Jackson to his ******** contract would have left them about $250,000 of available cap room. That's not nearly enough to allow the Chiefs to do the things they'd like to do for the rest of 2014. It's not enough to allow them to sign their six draft picks. It's not enough to allow them to extend the contracts of quarterback Alex Smith and linebacker Justin Houston before they become free agents in 2015. It's not enough to allow them to make any more significant moves in free agency, now or later if someone they like becomes available.

An article assuming they are gonna extend Alex Smith

That's all I need; I'm wrong

Source: #Seahawks reach an agreement with coach Pete Carroll on a contract extension. Will be announced at a press conference tomorrow.
Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter
Seahawks have called a 1:30 ET press conference for Friday. No one saying anything so my guess is contract extension for HC Pete Carroll.

So between possible extension for Pete Carroll and the expected release of Titans RB Chris Johnson, Friday will be another slow day in NFL.
CJ1K hitting the market.

As it was pointed out, they were tight against the cap. Had more to do with it than people want to give credit for. Easy narrative is the whole problem child/gang angle...but at the end of the day, it was all about finances.

Didn't the ******** get a ton of cap room back from that front loading issue?

Yea...If there is one thing the Skins are good at, it's circumventing the cap. Last two years were some ********, but if the Skins want to get players, they'll find a way.

They said the Jets are very interested in Chris Johnson but probably won't spend enough. Who the hell are the Jets saving money for?

Cowboys want him but don't know how they can afford him. Giants are interested, not sure why.
