Nice! These HSP vouchers landlords won’t turn down. Especially if it’s federal. Guaranteed pay.My BM#2 just got approved for 6 months of 100% rent assistance and this time the office at the apartments agreed to accept it. Its not even an income based program, they just have x millions of dollars to spend and it cant be reallocated. In Oklahoma its called Community Cares Project. I got an application in too its still pending

It's a place in Oklahoma called Express Credit Auto, it's so predatory and evil, but also genius. They sell cars no credit check to people who obviously can't get credit at a normal dealership right otherwise they wouldn't be at E.C.A, overpriced the car above market value, but they also put GPS and a kill switch on the car so the second you are behind on the vehicle they literally remotely disable it, then come repossess it. Given they are already dealing with people with less than stellar credit, they probably sell the same car 8-10x before someone completes their term with it. And they charge the legal max apr which in Oklahoma is 23.9% I'm reading the reviews right now people got $1000 a month notes on 2015 Silverados and ****.Car dealerships got away with some of the most egregious and predatory loans during the pandemic.
Got people spending $700 a month on Nissan Altimas with a 18% interest rate.

Ppps were created to help already established businesses. He needs to pray he’s above board x 1000 in many other facets. The irs doesn’t play.A friend was able to get some PPP bread and he actually started a legit business that's flourishing with the funds ashy to classy in 2 years

Just read that Diddy Hov and Kanye got forgiven for their PPP loans. My bull says he paid all but 3.5k of the money he received back. Woulda been nice if he got forgiven too but knows his joints were obtained fraudulently but received an insignificant amount considering.Ppps were created to help already established businesses. I hope they go after the big fish too. I know many churches and casinos who got millions in ppp, and decided to barely pay folks as they did massive renovations and it all felt sketchy in many ways. Some states closed longer than expected, or opened right away and still had people on payroll. They all thought they were getting one by the government.
Makes sense. I was wondering when I bought my KIA why they were fighting so hard to get me to go with their financing options, I was like just print the invoice, I'll take it to my Credit Union and get the money at 1.9%, they were swearing it'd be a great deal for me to take their like 9-10% options and just pay the first month then refi. Dude told me my credit would jump 200 points a-friend It's a reason Big Red is the lowest rated dealership in the countryCraziest thing is that the auto dealership only needs you to make the first month payment for them to get their backend commission payment from the financing company .
What happened to people saying they would get forgiven?
