I’m not hating. I’m pointing out that we’re being played. Last year we got:

Gold Toe
Bred Toe
Game Royal
Shadow
H2H
BHITG pack (+4)
Hyper Royal
Pine Green
Court Purple
NFR’s
ROY’s
Union’s
Spidey’s
SI’s
Satin SBB
Off White’s

That list is insane. This year so far we got:

Patent Carolina’s
Turbo Green
Hyper Crimson
Couture
Red Sail

Nothing so far worth having honestly, outside of the Carolina’s, which are women’s (no size for me). They got us straight addicted last year - and people are conditioned to cop the poor quality crap getting put out in 2019.

Honestly it's a game that we all choose to play and participate in, if you don't think think so, sadly, you're in denial....

For some it's the nostalgia, for some it's the high of having/copping a new release every week.... as long as you're happy then do you

I added my opinions, because I'm bored at work:

Last year we got:

Gold Toe - Beautiful shoe, but not comfortable and creases badly
Bred Toe - Great shoe, a bit redundant, but looks good and good quality
Game Royal - Looks great, poor materials on the ones I've seen
Shadow - Good quality, IMO boring colorway, but still a classic
H2H - Good quality, ugly
BHITG pack (+4) - Great looking pack, suede was a nice twist, but not great quality
Hyper Royal - Very soft leather, okay colorway (white laces are a must), great bargain
Pine Green - Solid quality, great colorway
Court Purple - Solid quality, great colorway
NFR’s - Very good quality, nice concept, IMO looks very good esp the red one
ROY’s - Looks good but a little boring, don't know about quality
Union’s - Very good quality, looks amazing, shoe of the year (Black Toe)
Spidey’s - Nice alternative to Chi's, solid quality
SI’s - Average quality, average looks (green laces help)
Satin SBB - Solid quality, looks good, very comfortable collar, creases easily though
Off White’s - Solid / good quality, looks great

That list is insane. This year so far we got:

Patent Carolina’s - Looks very nice, but not comfortable and creases badly
Turbo Green - Looks pretty good, quality is lacking
Hyper Crimson - Looks okay (orange laces help), quality is lacking
Couture - Looks very good, creases badly
Red Sail - Looks okay, seems redundant (metallic Reds), quality is lacking

Yeah, last year was WWAAAYYY better, so far, in comparison. Not only that, but by this time last year we had already gotten the Gold Toes, Blk/Red Toes, Game Royals, the Euro-only all white Off-Whites, and we were 2 weeks away from getting the Shadows. It's crazy when you think of it like that.

Other related madness is how hard JB is pushing Mids. And apparently they are selling. No bueno.
