so let me get this straight: you wear tights out in public, forcing others to see your “progress” that they shouldn’t “worry” about and I’m superficial?

Yeah, and I teach and work out at my gym on campus, or a commercial gym. Regardless, a certain amount of decorum is necessary in a public space. A person wearing tights where you can see the outline of their genitals is not okay, regardless of their gender.

I wear compression pants no shorts in the gym only. I wear it with shorts if I'm out in public. You've never watched Olympic weightlifting? If you snatch, pull, c&j, what do weightlifters wear? What do wrestlers wear? What do powerlifters wear in competition? Singlets that shows their bulge but that's not why I watch em. I watch em because I appreciate their craft and the intricacy of their techniques.
