God knows I want to like them too. If anything, I’d be biased because of my love for the Chi 1s. But that glittery treatment, white contrast stitching, and eggshell midsole but with white upper are too glaring for me to overlook. The thing that this does make me think about however, is that since they’re releasing these, it might really be a while before we get an actual Chicago 1 retro. I hope I’m wrong though.

The white stitching against the red is . Reminds me of True Religion type stuff . Easily tweakable with a fine point marker, but I can’t get over the glittery BS and wack sole. Overall easy bounce pass.
