Was thinking about trying a Boston butt soon. Never tried to smoke on yet. I bought the slow and sear attachment for the Weber kettle and it's easy as hell to use. Way quicker than setting up the snake method I was using for ribs. Definitely worth the $

Might do a shoulder too next week 🤔

Been a while. Need to look up some new injections to try on it
 
Don't know where you live man, but man the home market is NASTY all over the USA. Prices is CRAZY. Good luck.
Yeah we visited like 20 places and put in a few offers and got outbid a few times on some all cash types but luckily landed something just recently. Hoping all goes well
 
Came out perfect. Smoked at 225 until an internal temp of 120.

Crank the grill up to 700 and sear on both sides for 2 min.

Top with garlic butter and let it rest for 10 min.

I haven't made a steak any other way since I discovered reverse sear.
