Wanted a griddle, but I already have a propane and charcoal grill. Got this insert for the propane grill. Finally gonna have more room for smash burgers etc...gonna try it out tomorrow with some cheese steaks

Almost ready to go in.

Did my 1st tomahawk on the real grill today. Did one on the ninja before. It took like 15 mins.

So I didn't realize it would take 45 minutes on my real grill.

Let's just say there's a serious crust. Gonna cut it open soon, but positive I got myself a solid medium rare.

I'll post the pic after I redeem myself with one done right lol.
