As far as most hated it's a toss up between Ramsey and Joff.

Ramsey was hated for obvious reasons ..but Joff was literally a little ***** who u knew wasn't really about that action which arguably made him more annoying

Jaime ******** on Jon in the second episode of the series and making fun of the Night's Watch

That zoom in on Jamie's hand when he reached out to shake Jon's

Isn't thaw what makes a great villain?

I actually enjoyed Ramseys ways but Joffrey really hit a nerve.

It'd be difficult to see my bae Ros in old episodes.

Jon's first dumb decision was not getting some of those Ros yambs.

Kept Jamie close because he didn't trust him and as a F U to Tywin.

Tywin was the hand of the king to Aerys while Jamie was a kings guard

And after the Mad King made Jaime one of the KG, Tywin was so pissed he left King's Landing and went back to Casterly Rock.

Yeah because Aerys stripped Tywin of his heir.

What Tywin didn't know was that the reason Jaime wanted to be a member of the KG was so he could live in KL and be closer to Cersei. This backfired on Jaime, because when Tywin left KL he took Cersei with him and he was officially stuck in the KG for life, with no right to inherit the Lordship of Casterly Rock.
