Surprised the Canucks dropped Game 5 like that on home ice in Vancouver, especially with Daniel Sedin's inspiration back in the lineup. With that extremely long-term deal, I wonder what Luongo's future holds. I guess "2 Girls, No Cup" still holds true. With championship experience, I can't see the Bs dropping Game 7 in front of the home crowd. Expect a physical game. Seguin should ride the momentum from his Game 6 goal.

^^ Champ - lucic had a really nice pass to seguin on the winner...i know you appreciated that. lucic actually doesn't get a lot of credit for his passing, but he's set up some real pretty goals this year.
as for LA, love how they're playing. can't get enough of watching quick and brown. first time ive watched quick this much on a big stage and he's impressed. love brown's game as well, he's everywhere.

tampa should try and get bobby lu...would help get them back to a level that resembles last year i think. not sure if he can hold it together in april, may, june...but he looked alright this year in the games he played.

DSA, definitely, my man. Had me hyped at work and fist pumping like Tiger in his prime. Know you were probably excited as well but let's hope the Bs put the Caps to bed at home in Game 7. Biggest question: Will Ovie step up and go clutch mode, or disappear under the bright lights? In terms of the West, I'd be cool with any team coming out except for Phoenix. Rooting for Toews and Kaner to rally the Hawks back. Crawford is suspect, especially with five straight OT situations. Find it hard not to cheer for Rinne, but I prefer LA or STL out of the West over Nashville. Wonder if Quick will be lights out again the next series.

Crawford may not be playing amazing, but do you really fall back to Emery? I didnt see many Hawks games this year, but other than one stellar year in Ottawa, Emery seemed to prefer going to Mike Richards parties, if you get my (snow) drift.

Why the slow post-season start for Seguin by the way? Forgot to add this in my original post, thing I love about Lucic is he's a jack-of-all trades. Can score, pass, hit, and scrap well. What more do you want from a hockey player.
