I was actually asking about this today, because I was out at the mall and wanted to try on a pair to make sure I ordered the right size. When I asked why Icouldn't just pick up my shoes today, the Finish Line employee told me generally for the first week, the in-store availability function doesn't workbecause it's a launch product. After that first week, it should work. No idea if that's true, but it's what I was told this morning.

I tried several shoes...and all of them said "not available" so I got a little skeptical.
Called into Finishline and they told me that they did indeed have the shoe in stock
