Except he did the exact opposite. And told people that the elections could never be rigged and said Trump should stop whining. All while there was an investigation about election rigging.

And by the way, the investigation goes back to 2008.

And with the emails about the media collusion with the DNC there was definitely reason to be skeptical.

“Each day that month, our campaign decried the interference of Russia in our campaign and its evident goal of hurting our campaign to aid Donald Trump,” he said. “Despite our protestations, this matter did not receive the attention it deserved by the media in the campaign. We now know that the CIA has determined Russia's interference in our elections was for the purpose of electing Donald Trump. This should distress every American.”

Podesta out here peddling fake news. :smh:

Maybe he should ask his son how da cyber works, after all he said he was good with computers

You're trying to tell us in here that 97% of Crimeans, in Russia-controlled Crimea, willingly voted to join Russia?

You're pretty gullible

they did, and they weren't cosigning da overthrow either...

and da guy that got exiled was Democratically elected in by a majority of people.

His government resigned and he fled to Russia because he wasn't going to be the one to "give" Ukraine to the EU.

Furthermore, even if we ignore the very questionable numbers, the referendum wasn't legitimate in the first place. Ukrainians inside and outside of Crimea never got to decide whether they wanted the territory to secede in the first place.
Go read about Alsace: Hitler used the same population excuse to annex that northern region of France and later invade Germany neighbors.

who's gonna stop em?

Harry Reid got rid of da filibuster & da GOP got da last Louisiana senate election over da weekend.

Intelligence figures are already painting a bleak picture of how things are gonna be when Trump takes over after the Russian collusion story is back front and center

@ezlusztig:
23-year CIA veteran anti-terrorism agent Glenn Carle. This is how people are talking and he's not even inaugurated yet.

Ominous stuff given how realistic that sounds

Dude is about to test the resilience of those checks and balances.

It would be a PR disaster. The guy has received a medal from Putin

And he has billion dollar business deals with Russia that are currently on hold due to the sanctions against them

Trump might be a dumbass but I doubt his transition team would let that pass

umm da referendum vote was exactly that.

da rebel government & Western powers frowned but Crimea overwhelmingly voted to break off from Ukraine and reattach itself to da Russian federation.

After Russia invaded them with military force, which would deem the referendum illegitimate. It is a violation of both the Ukrainian constitution and international law.

u still acting like this is typical election...

It is bluster but he's not lying about the type of destruction war would bring,it'd most likely engulf the entire Middle East into a Sunni + Israel + US vs Shiite firepit :x

People think of Iraq whenever the possibility of conflict with Iran is brought up. But they don't realize how much more devastating a conflict with Iran would be. It would be no joke. Iran is bigger than Iraq and has a MUCH bigger population. But mainly, it has a much stronger and more advanced military in the hands of a more powerful leadership that reigns over a more ethnically homogeneous population. Plus they have allies with interests. This moron Drumpf about to set the world ablaze.
Exactly, that's why I always say it'd be Iraq on steroids in terms of chaos. Iran has the military capabilities to strike back hard at US interests in the region such as Israel and the Gulf states and "Shock and Awe" wouldn't work on a much bigger and geologically diverse country with a much larger population. Not to mention the ever looming threat of nukes would be in the picture with Israel. What's stopping them from going nuclear if one of their major cities gets cruise missiled endlessly?

Any attack on Iran would also shut the door permanently on any future negotiations on their nuclear program while hardening their resolve and incentive to get nukes seeing as the diplomatic route would've been useless in preventing them from being attacked anyway. I also doubt Russia would sit back idle watching their biggest strategic ally get tag-teamed

It'd be a mess of epic proprotions :x

And you're acting like him and his transition team don't have a shred of common sense left in them.

It sure does sound like a great idea to nominate an oil executive with close personal and business ties to Putin for secretary of state in the midst of all this Russia controversy. Trump might be perfectly fine with that but surely someone on his transition team has a bit of common sense left in them to prevent a PR disaster
