The numbers committing to a rent strike might seem insignificant compared to the millions who don’t frame nonpayment as a strike, but simply will not be able to pay rent in the coming month. By the first week of April, one-third of renters nationwide — approximately 13.4 million people — had not paid rent; since then, 26 million workers have joined the ranks of the unemployed.

it´s not even that Doc Prez is unfit for his office...we all knew that.

it´s that he´s just so goddamn disinterested in even attempting to perform any of the position´s actual duties.

I would literally fight a mf to read an unedited Presidential Daily Briefing.

this dude wants a single sheet of paper printed liberally repeatedly with his own name in tremendous letters.

I think what I find most offensive about him is his total lack of productive curiosity, it is truly obscene.

RustyShackleford RustyShackleford , completely unrelated note, but what are the chances that we experience significant debt deflation as a result of the shutdowns?
I would love to give a long detailed answer but at this point I really can't call it. There will be some but at what level who knows. So much is still up in the air both politically and medically, that this situation could look much better in a few months (escape with a very bad recessions), or much more dire (worst depression in modern times).

May gonna be bad, but I would guess that maybe a 30-40% of debt payments will be made during the summer. So without us getting lucky, it might be a bloodbath.

The **** thing about Trump supporters in middle management and executive positions is that if an entry level person or a college student ask them for personal development advice the first thing out their mouth would be to read more.

But they proudly support a man that won't pay attention to intelligence briefings unless it is presented to him like it is ******* Green Eggs and Ham.

And still does not register with his idiotic ***, because Sean Hanninty got him convinced Sam-I-Am is a undocumented Mexican immigrant, trying to force proud white Americans to eat huevos rancheros with salsa verde.

To be fair. Who's "they" and how are they determining this spike in use from the last week.

I would say they is hospitals and it’s probably determined by the number of people who normally come in from ingesting bleach in the current week compared to the prior weeks. Just a guess though

I know I don't want to feel like the intelligence officer who puts that document together everyday knowing that the person it's destined to will push it aside, grab the remote, and tune in to Hannity/Carlson/Ingraham.

There are better ways to feel worthless.

Based on a preliminary analysis after today's new reporting, I have to conclude that Reade's allegation against Biden seems more likely to be true than not. I'm not seeing a whole lot of exculpatory evidence to stack up against contemporaneous recollections from people other than Reade herself and her family. The absence of it doesn't necessarily invalidate an allegation but when assessing sexual misconduct cases, the most important evidence is people being told or aware of the allegation at or around the time it took place. Even more crucial is if those contemporaneous recollections come from people outside of the accusers' family and closest friends, for example a coworker or neighbor.

How I feel as a progressive black man having to vote for Joe Biden...

Whoa whoa let’s slow down here. No slur is worse than straight white male. Trust me, I’ve been called that several times and it cuts DEEP

Of course. What a fool I was.

No slur is in the same caliber of belittlement as S-W-M. The SSS: Smokin' Sexy Style tier rank (for all my Devil May Cry lovers) of ALL put-downs.

It's so offensive, I'm force to abbreviate it.
