Mr. Biden, I propose reestablishing Tulsa to its former BLACK glory, as well as Rosewood, and every other Black independent community that actually thrived in the United States, before White americans destroyed them due to their racist beliefs. After doing such, put into place protections, provisions, that would establish our own military force to defend our territories, then establishing our own police forces, counterintelligence programs as well. For me, this would be a start.
