:smh:
Allow me to correct this falsehood about the Teflon Don.

Trump has a very, very, large brain and China has total respect for it.

Trump also has one of the great memories of all time.

Trump knows words, he has the best words.

Trump is more humble than perhaps you would understand

There is nobody bigger or better than Trump at the military

Trump knows more about ISIS than the generals do

Nobody knows more about campaign finance than Trump does, because he is the biggest contributor

Trump knows about the economy better than the Federal Reserve

One of the greatest of all terms Trump has come up with is 'fake'

If you take a poll in the FBI, Trump would win that poll by more than anybody's won a poll

Nobody has better respect for intelligence than Trump

Nobody builds walls better than Trump

Trump knows more about courts than any human being on Earth

Trump is the least racist person reporters have ever interviewed

Nobody is better to people with disabilities than Trump

Trump understands social media. He understands the power of Twitter. He understands the power of Facebook maybe better than almost anybody, based on his results

Nobody has done so much for equality as Trump has

There is nobody that respects women more than Trump does

Trump knows more about renewables than any human being on earth

Nobody understands the horror of nuclear better than Trump

Trump would give himself an A+

Nobody knows more about trade than "trade wars are good and easy to win" Trump

Nobody in the history of America has ever known more about infrastructure than Trump

Nobody knows visas better than Trump

Nobody knows much more about technology, this type of drone technology certainly, than Trump does

Trump understands money better than anybody

Trump knows more about Cory Booker than he knows about himself

Nobody knows more about taxes than Trump

Nobody knows more about debt than Trump
Ahh we gonna forget he would make a good general. The best ever maybe? Cmon

So these POS deplorable maga supporters attacked Empire star (fox show) Jussie Smollett by physically beating him, tying a noose around his neck, calling him racist & homophobic names, & then dousing him with what's being called an "unknown chemical"... They also sent him a threatening letter before this incident to with maga written on the message. What is wrong with you people!?!?!

Both sides are the same though :smh:

I bet there are probably some very fine people in that group. They were just kids...No need to ruin their lives over this.

Meanwhile the president is ignoring all of those threats and focusing on a non-existant "crisis" at the border.

On North Korea and Iran, Intelligence Chiefs Contradict Trump
A new American intelligence assessment of global threats has concluded that North Korea is “unlikely to give up” all of its nuclear stockpiles, and that Iran is not “currently undertaking the key nuclear weapons-development activity” needed to make a bomb, directly contradicting two top tenets of President Trump’s foreign policy.

Dan Coats, the director of national intelligence, also challenged Mr. Trump’s insistence that the Islamic State had been defeated, a key rationale for his decision to exit from Syria. The terrorist group, the annual “Worldwide Threat Assessment” report to Congress concluded, “still commands thousands of fighters in Iraq and Syria,” and maintains eight branches and a dozen networks around the world.

Mr. Trump is expected to meet next month with Kim Jong-un, the North Korean leader, in a second round of direct negotiations aimed at ridding Pyongyang of its nuclear weapons.

But Mr. Coats told the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday that “we currently assess North Korea will seek to retain its W.M.D. capability and is unlikely to completely give up its nuclear weapons and production capability.”
“Its leaders ultimately view nuclear weapons as critical to regime survival,” Mr. Coats said.

Gina Haspel, the C.I.A. director, said the North Korean government “is committed to developing a long-range nuclear-armed missile that would pose a direct threat to the United States.”

Under questioning by Senator Kamala Harris, Democrat of California, Ms. Haspel said it was encouraging that North Korea had engaged in dialogue with the United States. But, she said, ultimately the diplomatic objective had to be to persuade Pyongyang to fully disclose its program and dismantle its weapons.

Former intelligence officials have expressed a degree of skepticism about the upcoming meeting, given the relatively modest steps North Korea has taken toward throttling back its nuclear program.

On Iran, Mr. Coats cited the nation’s continued support of terrorism in Europe and the Middle East, including sponsoring Houthis in Yemen and Shiite militants in Iraq. He also said that he believed that Iran hard-liners would continue to challenge centrist rivals.

“We do not believe Iran is currently undertaking the key activities we judge necessary to produce a nuclear device,” Mr. Coats said, but he added that Iranian officials have “publicly threatened to push the boundaries” of the nuclear deal it struck with world powers in 2015 if it did not see the benefits it expected.

Mr. Trump withdrew the United States from that agreement last year. He called it “defective at its core” and said if the deal remained in place, Iran would“be on the cusp of acquiring the world’s most dangerous weapons.” The agreement still stands, largely with support from European capitals.

Senator Angus King, the Maine independent who caucuses with Democrats, asked Ms. Haspel point-blank if Iran remained in compliance with the nuclear deal. She said it was, but added that Iranian leaders were considering steps that would “lessen their adherence” to the agreement.

“They are making preparations that would increase their ability to take a step back if they make that decision,” Ms. Haspel said. “At the moment, technically they are in compliance, but we do see them debating among themselves because they haven’t seen the economic benefits they hoped for from the deal.”

Intelligence officials have long taken stronger positions than Mr. Trump on North Korea’s continuing nuclear activity, the strength of the Islamic State and Russia’s attempts to influence elections.

April F. Doss, a former associate general counsel at the National Security Agency, said the most recent National Intelligence Strategy made a point of highlighting the responsibility of the intelligence agencies to “speak truth to power” and to deliver intelligence objectively.

“They are going to be very mindful of reassuring the Intelligence Committee and the public they are committed to carrying out their work in an apolitical, nonpartisan fashion,” said Ms. Doss, now a partner at the law firm Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr.

Perhaps the strongest rebuke of Mr. Trump’s security priorities comes in what is missing from the threat assessment: any rationale for building a wall along the southwestern border, which Mr. Trump has advertised as among the most critical security threats facing the United States. The first mention of Mexico and drug cartels comes on Page 18 of the 42-page report, well after a range of other, more pressing threats are reviewed.

Much of the new assessment, as well as testimony at Tuesday’s hearing, focused on cyberthreats against the United States from China and Russia. For the first time, the report concluded that China is now positioned to conduct effective cyberattacks against American infrastructure, specifically citing Beijing’s ability to cut off natural gas pipelines, at least briefly.

The assessment also argues that while Russia’s ability to conduct cyberespionage and influence campaigns is similar to the one it ran in the 2016 American presidential election, the bigger concern is that “Moscow is now staging cyberattack assets to allow it to disrupt or damage U.S. civilian and military infrastructure during a crisis.”

It specifically noted the Russian planting of malware in the United States electricity grid. Russia already has the ability to bring the grid down “for at least a few hours,” the assessment concluded, but is “mapping our critical infrastructure with the long-term goal of being able to cause substantial damage.”

Taken together, the report paints a picture of threats vastly different from those asserted by Mr. Trump. Russia emerges as a disruptive threat, China as a long-term one, and the failure of the United States to invest heavily enough in research and development for key technologies as perhaps the biggest concern, allowing new competitors to close the technological gap.

How nice of you to provide that singular meme statement to denounce a violent hate crime

Now you can go back to expelling 1000 times that effort and energy to condemn the members of this thread for "hypocrisy"

And dems goin dem:

It's probably some salty Dem who doesn't like the fact that (1) BaeOC is getting all of this attention and that (2) she beat a 20-year incumbent that happened to be "next in line" for Speaker.

Ironically, now that she's the most popular House Rep. after Pelosi, she'll be alright in 2020 and in future primary elections.

I'll admit, I know zero about AOC aside from
  • they were mad at her for saying she couldn't afford a crib in NY and DC at the same time (the nerve of this broke boi)
  • they were mad at her for saying she couldn't afford a crib in NY and DC but was wearing clothes that looked expensive (Forever 21 will lace you)
  • she already got enough clout to just be called "AOC"
I need to read up on her. She got these people mad mad....

What are you talking about? I said if the allegations are true, it is absolutely horrible and disgusting.

I hate how ice officers have been turned into gestopo storm troopers stopping buses & the like. They’re even trying to arrest/detain & deport legal US citizens. Stories are coming out pretty much every day of US citizens being accosted with ice trying to deport them. Basically if you don’t know your rights, ice is trying to arrest you anyway on the suspicion of you being an illegal.

Say what you will about AOC, but she wouldn't have allowed Trump to prance around her back like a predator in a TV debate. She would have kneed him in his tiny nuts in a New York minute. She brings fighting spirit. So sick of Dems turning the other cheek, after how they did Obama dirty. Look at Pelosi, she's more popular than ever for shoving Trump's wall up his ***.
