Alabama says DNC too late to get Biden on ballot in November

“Joe Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states,” the campaign said. “State officials have the ability to grant provisional ballot access certification prior to the conclusion of presidential nominating conventions. In 2020 alone, states like Alabama, Illinois, Montana, and Washington all allowed provisional certification for Democratic and Republican nominees.”

Four years ago, when Republicans held their convention Aug. 24-27, the Legislature passed a bill to make a one-time change in the deadlines and accommodate the GOP.

You didn't ask me but I'll be the idiot here...

The lack of critical thinking in relation to the efforts to include transgendered people into everything.

Such as, attraction to a particular sex...some argue if you like cis women but don't like trans-women, you're being transphobic. Or sports. Imo, a transgendered woman should not compete against a Cis woman in some physical competitions.

The decision had a significant impact. Many Indians who had previously obtained U.S. citizenship in the U.S. now had their citizenship revoked and lost many rights and privileges as a result. In California, the 1913 Alien Land Act barred non-citizens from owning land, and Indian Americans in the state who lost their citizenship also lost their land. Following the Thind decision, America’s Indian immigrant population dropped by half.

Reading a little more about how Republicans want to use this Comstock Act really is insidious.

They're basically trying to ban abortions nation wide without needing Congress.
