i guess he was due to become a FA, so it matters less, though we probably would have resigned him anyway seeing how far he's come with us til now

Like if we won some games and wound up with the 2’nd or 3rd overall And Bosa goes first i wouldn’t mind trading down since we’re so short on picks
But if we get the #1 Bosa seems like the best pick available and is one of our biggest needs so that at least SEEMS like a no brainer

The only reasonable explanation is that they saw how deep this edge rusher class would be and put off addressing the need for one more season.

I’d be pissed if we won a game or so this season and dropped from pick 1 to 2 like two years ago when we lost out on Myles Garrett and went with Solomon instead.
