I go by colori consider anything below 70 on RT to be a terrible rating
If it's red (which is usually 60 and up) I think it's worth the watch if it's a movie I've never heard of.
With that said there are some movies that are way lower that are pretty good.
At this point I really gotta find a day or 2 to watch the rest of the movies I haven't seen yet. Don't want to lock in my list yet.i just looked and see it has a 63% on rotten tomatoes which is pretty good and will's performance seems to be applauded. i think for me, i'd rather watch a documentary about this subject than a movie and will smith doesn't appear to have stretched his abilities in his role. to be fair, i think he did the best that most could do with what he was given though.Unlike the regular movie viewer response, I was seeing nothing but praise and critical acclaim from critics. They're talking like WIll's performance was an obvious Oscar contender.
Not the first time critics and viewers have had vastly different opinions.
i have to get to trumbo because of how highly you rated it and your movies of the year are ranked about what my preferences are. gonna give steve jobs a watch but i'm unsure if i'll watch danish girl.
Not sure how much it would change though. At best if I see 2 movies I love The Martian and The Force Awakens may get bumped.
