People Trying To Gain/Lose Weight...What's Your Ideal Weight?

I have been doing P90x for a while. I don't watch the dvds anymore because they are boring. What I did is write down all the exercises and do them on my own so I can jam to my favorite songs instead of listening to Tony's lame jokes.
I would like to know what NTers think about p90x vs. Insanity.
Would you guys recommend doing Insanity? What is Insanity best for? In terms of fitness? Getting lean or ???

If this helps: My goal is to lose a lot of fat. Get to 15% BF then get definition.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm doing P90X now. I like the way P90X leans you out but also increases muscle.

I'm 6'4 155lbs looking like I'm fresh out the third world

. I eat a lot, mostly somewhat healthy food. No matter what though, I can't gain a pound. Ideally I'd like to be 170-180 lbs. Right now its not looking likely, maybe a few years down the road though
 
A woman with a body fat % under 13% isn't going to erect one penis for the rest of her life. HoneyNuts, don't overdo it man.

Wow, how do you guys get BF that low? That's crazy. Is it healthy for women to bring it down that low?

I started up in the gym (twice a week lol) and keep getting different advice. The bodyfat I am at now, the trainer who did my assessment said it was good for my height and weight. So, I don't know if I just do weight maintenance. But, I need to tighten and tone, and I cannot lose anymore weight than I already did. So no need for cardio I guess. Like maybe just cardio for warm up and then do resistance and strength training would be good enough to target certain areas?
  
for me its all diet. and nope its not healthy at all for a woman to be there. i think anything under 13% or so means bf is too low for a woman to get pregnant? aka your body is not meant to get to those levels. 
Really? Ok then, nevermind at me trying to achieve 13%.

I am at 18% percent now, but have a LONG way to go to even show muscle in target areas. I lost the fat in a lot of areas, but now need to get that toning and strenfthening for muscle. *sigh* Most likely this will never happen. If ONLY I had the motivation. Urgh, I am just so unhappy however my body looks like, whether thicker like before or slimmer like now.

6' - 165 - I've stayed plus or minus 5 for the past 7 years or so. Wouldn't mind getting a little bit more muscle.
