Brad would get my vote.

Reese had a couple songs I liked (Molly being one). Never checked for him post college though. Awful Records had a good roster (Father, KEY!, Carti, Makonnen), but fell to the wayside. Funny how Carti and Key are signed to Rocky now and Reese is an AWGE stan

Sounds like a back n forth with trynafeelmink trynafeelmink .

I remember watching a doc with Zach TV (RIP) when he went to BK a few years back to interview the NYC drill *****s, and even he, being from Chicago, was shocked at how NY took to Chi drill/gang culture.

And even crazier...is the NYC/London merge that’s slowly happening. Them London cats heavily influenced by Drill...and the smart Drill NYC rappers are tapping into merging those sounds....and it’s opening them up to a bigger market. I think I peeped an interview where Sheff G was talking about that. And that “Pop Smoke” joint....took off with people in the UK relating to it. That’s the smart way to move with that. There’s a market for it for real.

If where talking strictly the Shmurdas then no i wouldn't say they "lifted their whole aura" from the drill scene... at all, obviously they were influenced but a lot of their stuff wasn't strictly in the drill lane & was very authentic to Brooklyn.

this second wave outside of the shmurdas is a direct mirror of Chicago drill tho.

Quiet as kept, Thugger been putting his YSL cats on heavy these past few years. It’s been to his detriment since they all sound like him, but homie has given Gunna and Keed a bigger push than anything I’ve seen Future do for FBG, save for Doe Boy.

Nah I’m with you. Sometimes the turn up at the crib with the people you want around hits better than a night out in a packed bar or club.

****... most times now that I think about it.

Only thing I wish is that I had better speakers in my house so I can have the walls shaking
But I don't mind going out to a club most of the time, my anxiety might act up a lil bit but if the spot lit I'll be fine

Need to go to a strip club ASAP. Went to a lil hole in the wall joint last week, ish was empty but the tig ol bitties was lookin' lovely

lol future hasnt pushed nobody on his label..doe boy the definition of a weed carrier right now..

Bruh took his own brother, Casino....off Karate Chop...when it was going to be outta here regardless :smh: . Same with “Move that dope” if I’m not mistaken.

FBG chains, chartered flights, bad biddies for Freeband Gang members .

They really out here tho. City to city.

Yea as big of a Future fan as I am I really dont check for Casino or Doe Boy much. They def haven't been pushed much if at all it seems.

Speaking of #2 or 3 guys in rap crews who are your favorites? Mine would have to be Schoolboy Q and ASAP Ferg.

Doe boy really paved his own lil way. Thug on his old Gucci **** and getting his guys in position. Gotit and slimelife not even signed to him but rep YSL hard like dudes used to do bricksquad back then. Everybody ain’t meant to be the boss man tho, look at jeezy.
