RIP George Floyd

Thank you for being honest about the anti-blackness in your culture.

No doubt. One thing I've learned is that older generation Asians will always have this instilled racism in them. At least within my family. As much as I wanted to change their views, I've come to accept that they won't change. As someone who's grown up in Oakland, some of my best friends are black. I'm focusing my energy on things I will be able to control and that will include teaching my kids when I have them to not be racist towards anyone, especially black people.

anyway I don't have the energy right now...kinda went in on other forms of social media but when I get my energy back you already know...

The "BRown People" label confuses me. I also think of India (Asia) when I hear that.

It's really both

According to racialist ideas, the "Brown Man’s Land is the Near and Middle East. The brown world stretches in an immense belt clear across southern Asia and northern Africa, from the Pacific to the Atlantic Oceans".

Bronze skin tones are commonly also placed under the brown racial classification. In Mexico (and Southwestern United States) and the Philippines the term is associated with mestizo peoples; in Brazil it is pardo.

One of the killer cops is an Asian white supremacist. Asian white supremacy is definitely “on-topic”.

Nah, it's psychotic. He should bring a notepad to the dinner table next time he's making clinical observations on Asian family's with recently dead sons.

Good try though.

Stuck his neck out on the line and put his own home in harms way to protect and shelter people he had never met before, that's what I call an ally :pimp:

They were apparently able to walk home free this morning after law had stopped occupying his neighborhood thankfully

Another account of DC cops trying to flush people out of private homes like SS soldiers flushing out jews from houses they were being sheltered in :smh:

Yet I'm told other groups are a bigger threat than literal facists in badges...

Looters trashed my hometown of Fairfield, CA last night and was told that the people that were caught weren't even from Fairfield.

The drove one of those mobile cranes into the entrance of the Best Buy. But the cops got there as it happened. Crazy.
They was gettin to it last night. Made they way up north Texas as well.
Vacaville PD on stand by today. They have units guarding the outlets and nut tree plaza as well fearing they next...

Can some give me insight as to why alotf of antivaxxer republicans are posting this video of former BLM guy denouncing the movement and Soros?

This chick posted on her stories and I asked why she doesnt say anything about white supremacists group. Her response was watch the video and that is the bigger picture.

I lived in both coasts...in Cali, brown mainly means mexicans/latinos while in the east, it seems like brown refers to indians. threw me off when i lived in the east coast.

Up in Canada, it's South Asian / E.I. (East Indians)

The hispanic community here is quite small.
