Usually not a fan of high-off-the-ground type of athletic wear when lifting haha.

The confusing part is probably the amount of each taken the first few days...but thats there so that your body could get used to the higher ingestion of caffeine and bronkaid. 

Once I started the regular 1Bronkaid/1Caffeine pill  3x a day...I was straight.

Some say to also taper off your caffeine dosage to reduce the effects of caffeine withdrawl...so don't just cut off taking caffeine automatically.

I'm curious to hear your results over the six weeks. Did you cut as much as you anticipated? How was your diet? And how intense were your lifts?
 
I'll try to post before and after pics when I get home.

I cut a pretty decent amount. Around 7-8 lbs I'd say. Which was what I was going for regardless.

I started getting strict with my diet the past 2 months, so it was pretty clean and below maintenance. ~1600cal a day.

My lifts were as intense as it was before I started EC...but I always bring 100% intensity at the gym regardless.

EC definitely helped with the cravings when I started my strict dieting...almost made me want to puke in some cases even haha.

Found some pretty interesting nuggets of info in that Houston Texans training manual. Thanks to whomever posted that up. The maximum intensity/effort points made in the weight training section really stuck out to me.
 
After reading more into an EC stack, I decided that it's not for me. I'm just going to hit the empty stomach cardio extra hard

tampa fl - powerhouse downtown
only gym in tampa that has 200lb dumbells.

all the pros come during their stay here.
 
heard alot of good things about oxyelite pro, i'm about to cop on amazon. my question is has anyone else heard the rumor that it's bootleg on amazon, not the real product ?

i heard it from a couple people, found no real evidence , anyone else heard this ?
 
sounds strange to me ..... don think theres many fake supps anywhere. fake steroids on the other hand yes.

oep is a great fat burner btw, tried some of it for like 3 weeks it as nice.
