-ate exactly 2700 calories everyday with clean foods and the right ratio of macros

would they build muscle, lose fat, and stay the same weight?

IMO it's extremely hard to recomp unless you're on something. It takes a calorie surplus to build muscle which you won't have and a calorie deficit to lose fat which you also won't have. I don't think you'll get much results at all. I could be wrong but that's my opinion on it.

Take in consideration the calories you burn throughout the day by doing regular activities. You should retain 3k calories AFTER calorie burn - to gain weight anyways.

if you truly ate at maintenance i guess youd recomp....body weight would stay roughly the same but youd lose fat and put on muscle

I think this is where ive been the past year or so, eaten at maintenance.  Ive done the steady Compound 5x5 workout for about 1.5 years now, cleaned up my eating, but I just havent eaten enough.  Ive stayed at like 63-64kgs but im getting more lean/cut as ever.

Frick I really need to eat huh..

i got a scale to i weight everything for the day

1 oz raw almonds is 14g of fat an thats 20 almonds, its actually kinda fun to weigh your nuts and meat for the day (pause) i have not felt hungry all day, but im eating 8 times a day also for this.
this dude seriously is gonna tell us how many almonds he ate instead of what cycle he's running.

Joe, hows your PCT going?

it's a breeze, tapered down to 60mg toremifene/day. i feel completely recovered, have felt that way for at least a week now but i'm gonna run the pct all the way through to be safe

i'm taking ec stack in order to get a little more cut, i know it's not smart to cut during pct as you want to hold onto the muscle you gained but i'm still eating enough, it's more so i don't eat a ton and put on fat, as my appetite has been nuts lately.

already itching to get back on though.....probably gonna give the mod grf 1-29 + ghrp-2 protocol a try and run some test cyp or enth alongside it.
trying to just stick to test atm, no deca tren orals etc.

This.
Thread seems like it's more about products than actual training

I think it'd be better if they gave us an Fitness forum as a subforum of the Sports forum.  Then there could be alot of separate threads rather than an all-encompassing 800 page thread to sift through

Yes slight tear.  No balling up, just a huge purple bruise on the inside of my elbow.

Oh snaps, nice.

Anyone swim to lose weight? I can't swim very well, but just started today...Hoping to trim off more.

Gonna use straps for DL for the first time tomorrow.

I usually do 3x5 and add 10LBs each week, and I got up to 355LBs when my grip started to give out on the last reps.

I did 365LBs earlier this week and my grip totally gave out on my second set.

Thoughts? Opinions for or against straps?

My main objective with DL is to gain mass in lower body.

I use straps, I have NO grip strength whatsoever. 2 broken wrists since high school will do that to u. All it helps u do is be one with the bar, your still lifting the weight.
