STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I would say yes...

Only a small fraction from what I've seen get so involved to the point they want to even compete...majority of people I've encountered are usually in their 30-40's average joes just trying to stay healthy and fit...we lift, we run, we plan activities, share recipes, etc....I get why it would be looked at as a "cult" I really don't care, I didn't join with the idea of wanting to get ripped within 10 months...I want to increase my endurance, strengthen my heart....if I wanted to chisel my body id probably would have done it hiring a good trainer and hitting the gym....I don't think Crossfit is designed for aesthetics....although I'm sure in due time your body changes...been at it for a year and without knowing it my waist size has dropped, I feel stronger, have more endurance....I may not have Luckys aesthetics, but I'm positive I can dust him through Fran.

Lucky my man btw...just using him as an example because if someone in here has seen the good end results of a gym in a short time is prolly him

But as I said, I want to include the gym at least 3 times a week, I know it gets more VISIBLE results and who can actually say they don't want that....I just don't want to waste money tying myself down to a BS contract

bad form or not, crossfit still gets your heart rate up, which is being active, which is better than sitting around all day. Crossfitters usually have pretty good aesthetics too. Comparing Crossfit and bodybuilding is like comparing apples to oranges. They don't look the same, taste the same, or smell the same, but they ARE both fruit.

Thank you sir. Yes it is.
awesome. you're in for a great adventure. make sure you get your sleep in now
i lost a good amount of weight when my son was born from stress and sleep deprivation :nthat:

Speakin of Aesthetics

Jeff Seid is a MHP athlete now.
he got his physique from taking the real dark matter
seriously though. his physique is sickening.
i thought dlb was sponsored by MHP also but don't see her in the team.

i dont eem crossfit anymore but why do you hate it and the people who do it so much
laugh.gif
I dont hate it, I couldn't care less about it or the people that do it. Its just that the topic causes so much arguing in this thread that I think it should have its own. Most people that come in here for advice aren't looking to do crossfit. They want to know how to lose belly fat or get stronger so seeing 10 pages of arguing about crossfit is pointless.

Appreciate it repped.

just looked up doug miller....interesting.....my dad was a natty bodybuilder so i know a little bit about what supplements he took...but he cycled before he competed when he was young and it really helped him put on that mass he needed

So we're getting kicked out of a fitness thread, because we talk/discuss about fitness...got it...

i think its important for people to dispel rumors and misconceptions of crossfit. it's an alternative to the normal gym routine.

everyone who participates in this thread all share a same goal - to be in shape. whether it be through running, yoga, gym, crossfit.

be open minded and positive and just let everyone be great, b 8)

GUYS listen this is not a bad thing, you can have your own thread and talk about it all you want. Please just embrace the change.

i don't have anything against crossfit but i just saw this in my fb feed and had to chuckle.

1000

and i'm in agreement with al audi. blood test don't mean a damn thing if you know how to cycle properly and these organizations and sponsoring companies really don't do much to catch people - it's just not in their best interest.

I regularly hit BB Lifts / do crossfit workouts / attend yoga and pilates classes / run. Variety is the spice of life gentleman. No need to hate on anyone who is trying to see dem gainz.

The homie BIGBOSS just proved the douchery of this thread

Bravo and thank you!

Next time someone rustled jimmies int he DB thread, I'll go ahead and be just as immature to outcast them to their own thread.

"*** fear what they don't understand, hate what they can't conquer"

I hope that thread remains open...I'll peep in here for bro science and stay in tht thread for Crossfit related stuff...got t chief

Ironically, he says he doesn't care...

Like a female in an argument and you ask her what's wrong and she replies "Nothing, I'm fine!"

This thread is just fine. It's clear that CF has rustled the jimmies of the BB community, just go on BB.com forums. *spite, spite, spite*

*BRB, making pregnant women do Burpees and 225#+ deadlifts*

Oh my ******g god...

WHEN WILL THIS **** END?

For the sake of loyal lurkers like me can actual fitness discussion please come back to the thread?

Enough with the petty arguing damn.
***** mad childish and pointless. Go duke it out in PMs or download AIM and duke it out old school through IM's.

I hate that I even had to speak about it because in some way I'm continuing it, but I tried to stay quiet for pages and pages and pages and **** still won't end. :smh:
