Don't mind him he is a damn idiot who can't realize people have different body structures and carry fat differently. But at that height/weight it would be odd to have a true skinny fat body.
Yeah its just how your body carries weight. I bet you could put muscle on easily with the right program and diet.Most people are surprised when I tell them how much I weigh. They usually think about 180 ish
