Meal 1: 7 oz Lime, garlic & oregano baked barramundi w/ mixed veggies

Meal 2: Cup of brown rice, mixed veggies and 7 oz salmon

Meal 3: 1/2 cup brown rice 5 oz lean turkey meatballs w/ mixed veggies
brown rice and meat balls?
 
Lol all brown rice isn't even brown homie. Some companies dye white rice and pass it on some shady steeze. Always read the facts on the package broski
 
stupid question, but I had a conversation with someone earlier and he told me to try a type of program, but I can't remember the name of it. I think it involves resistance bands. It starts with the letter p, and there's an x somewhere in its name. anyone have any clue what it's called?
