Man I would suggest not going under 2000 for a very long period of time. Once your done, reveres dieting is going to be key, otherwise you'll gain it all back. I know this from experience.

after a few days it's not so bad but i end up eating so much during my feeding window. eating 2000 cals in one meal and still losing weight is awesome though.
Attempting IF for the second time starting tomorrow, just a normal 16/8. Sounds so simple but once your mind knows you can't eat at a certain time all of a sudden you feel like you need to eat
eat from 2pm-9pm. i'll probably be working out from 1pm-2pm in a fasted state so i'll see how that goes in terms of energy and endurance. wasn't bad when i worked out from 10-11 but those extra hours fasting might really deplete me.What's your fast/feed window?
