Do you know how to embed instagram vids on NT

Yea I didn't know about Pat competing for Brazil until last week

I can't remember off the top of my head but I think ilya snatched 190 when he won gold last. Wonder what his new max is going to look like.

Lol i knew i would get flamed in a thread like this. I simply meant i do not believe lifting weights has anything to do with actual health. It is great to do for fun or for getting a certain look.

I define health as:
1. The energy you have each day.
2. The length of a pain free functional lifespan.
3. The ability to play basketball at a high level for hours.

For me overexerting myself with weights has no tangible benefit. It simply reduces my lifespan (more calories consumed more calories burned = shorter lifespan generally).

dis u?

700

Pat squatted 800 raw to the floor like a beast back when he was fat

Dat dive bomb technique baby

Pulled my groin playing flag football.

Kinda messing up my gainz, but still did chest day today. You don't realize how much you use those muscles for stabilization until you injure them.

I just started hitting each muscle twice a week again.

Responding very well.

My traps and chest just grow so quick.

Hit core and calves hard today.

Finally bought a food scale, time to make these gainz :hat :hat :hat

Did my first muscle up bros. well 2 but different attempts, felt nice. A little swing but hey, still counts.

Edit. One month between the pics, October for the top and yesterday for the bottom. Getting leaner.

Marin that ink. i wish mine was of that quality.

What do you guys cook for meals throughout the week? I'm cool with grilled chicken for dinner. Used to do turkey for lunch and at times salmon. Using beef and steak lately because taste got a bit boring. Not as lean as turkey for sure though.

I throw red meat in my meal plan about twice a week.
Tuna, at times

I don't usually marinate my food but when i really get bored, i'll do that.

Throw in some spices.

Breakfast has been eggs, bagel, bacon.

Lunch/dinner has been chicken/steak/hamburger meat/salmon with rice or potatoes.

Then of course some ice cream and Halloween candy

I think my sternum was the worst :x

What you got?

I have chicken probbaly everyday of the week. When I hoke cook I get the pre-cooked grilled chicken strips from Costco and use all sorts of marinade. Its my staple breakfast with 2 eggs and a half cup of rice. Comes out to a little under 500 calories.
