Had no clue till now that Pat Mendes was competing for BrazilI think there's an American competing in A. But it's just that he's currently competing for Brazil because over in the USA he's still in banned camp lol
Lol i knew i would get flamed in a thread like this. I simply meant i do not believe lifting weights has anything to do with actual health. It is great to do for fun or for getting a certain look.
I define health as:
1. The energy you have each day.
2. The length of a pain free functional lifespan.
3. The ability to play basketball at a high level for hours.
For me overexerting myself with weights has no tangible benefit. It simply reduces my lifespan (more calories consumed more calories burned = shorter lifespan generally).

What do you guys cook for meals throughout the week? I'm cool with grilled chicken for dinner. Used to do turkey for lunch and at times salmon. Using beef and steak lately because taste got a bit boring. Not as lean as turkey for sure though.
