Did my first muscle up bros. well 2 but different attempts, felt nice. A little swing but hey, still counts.

Edit. One month between the pics, October for the top and yesterday for the bottom. Getting leaner.

Breakfast has been eggs, bagel, bacon.

Lunch/dinner has been chicken/steak/hamburger meat/salmon with rice or potatoes.

Then of course some ice cream and Halloween candy :lol
Last two weeks were brutal. Mad bdays at work so a lot of cake. I also had a lot of ice cream and cake this weekend for my bday :lol

Gotta get back on track.

Any Youtube vids on abs you dudes can suggest? Been bored lately with my routine and need something that would get the abs feeling sore again.

Out of undergrad, I wanted to get tats as well. Full sleeves and on my back revolving around my culture. Then I found out the cost :lol

this is my final week of the office challenge and we weigh in next week monday. have gone through a few tough days but have had my fair share of heavy calorie days (weekends). in 3 weeks have lost about 6-7# of actual fat but i'm down somewhere around 17# from the day we weighed in. just demolished some spaghetti and meatballs and probably gonna go out for ice cream now :lol
 
Had to do Squats in the smith machine because dude was doing ** deadlifts in the squat rack. with bad form and dude thought he was really doing something.

Had it on the rack raised up probably a full foot.

So you should only do squats in the squat rack?

I personally don't mind as long as they aren't doing pull ups and pushups in the squat rack and know somebody is waiting to use it for squats. (True story)
