It's funny. Since I've started getting back in shape, I've actually upped my intake of alcohol.
Nothing crazy. Just went from no alcohol at all to drinking a beer or two or sangria/wine before I go to sleep.
I know those calories add up but I just need to wind down before bedtime after a long day at work lol
