Getting dressed this morning and went through three different dress shirts before I finally found one that fit well enough. I usually wear the company issued Nike drifit polos and golf shirts they gave out then we have causal Fridays so I never have this problem. Feels great.
Did legs yesterday. Really trying to get this low bar squat down. Still hurts my wrists, i feel like i can't find the right bar placement still. Was able to low bar 315 for 1 rep after doing 2 sets of 5 at 275 low bar. But did 2 sets of 3 high bar as well at 275 before i went up to 315. It feels better for me to push my elbows back a little it takes the pressure off my wrists and creates a better shelf. But everyone says try to keep your elbows down idk

you shouldn't be paying more than $25 for a kilo of creatine. take 5 grams a day. 3-5 grams, 4-5 times a week is good enough once you're saturated.

My gym finally got a heavy bag. Game changer. Intense cardio I actually enjoy. Did a couple of rounds for like 20-30 minutes yesterday and feel like a beast.

500 press ups (good old traditional hard millitary style pushups), 800 dips, 2000 sit ups, 500 shrugs with a 30 kg barbell all within a hour timespan.
