Wth now I'm having hip flexor issues. Its been bothering me for a week now. A trainer has been having me do the thing where you put your leg on a flat surface like a massage table and one leg on the ground while you push into your hip to stretch it out.
Its helping slightly. I can't even squat right. foam rolling is also doing minimal. EDIT: it hurts most when I tried today laying down and bringing my knee to my chest

lol welcome to the nt father's club my man! i got more serious and consistent right when my son was born. it's easier for me because i workout at work during work so i don't miss any daddy time.Haven't seen the inside of a gym since my kid was born 2 months ago. About to finish off all the Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes today and start fresh tomorrow.
