I only hit back specifically once a week so I go all out. I know its real when I get ready to go to bed and my forearms start cramping while I brush my teeth

Any kind of arms/shoulders program I can add on to Stronglifts? Stronglifts has been helping me get stronger, but I wanna get my arms yoked.

I can't believe you do all that volume with that much weight on bench but you squat only up to 185 o.0

My squat form has always sucked and my lower back has always given me problems, and recently my hip flexor but I maxed out at 235 the other week. Cant hit the depth I want though (hip flexor) so I dont even count it. :/

I would. I personally do a ton of sets on flat bench, some incline, and end with a bunch of flys. That's it. No decline. No push-ups. I bench until I can't anymore, do some incline work, and finish with flys. Volume and weight for me. It's whatever works best for you. But your flat bench isn't going to go up unless you put emphasis on it.
whats your bench?

Just throw in arms after stronglifts
Curls, hammer curls, triceps pull downs, skull crushers, etc etc. look up Chris Jones on YouTube he has some legit arm workouts, supersets and whatnot.

Good looking out fam. Repped.

Definitely man. I've learned that its key to stick to your program but if you have extra energy then go ahead and do some accessories, just don't OD and mess up the rest of your weeks program.

personally hate doing arms but I know it's necessary so I throw in 2-3, higher volume sets at the end of every workout just to get it over with hah.

For shoulders, I saw growth by doing overhead and arnold presses and i usually superset em with lateral raises.

Thanks man. Aways learning and still new to this. I like to keep stuff simple and that's as simple as it gets.

I want to cop this...

Rogue right?

Honestly unless you just have the cash to blow, you can find way better deals through craigslist on home gym equipment. That whole setup is over $5k easy, and is just not worth it in my opinion, I got everything pictured below, including building the platform for under $1500 with over 500lbs worth of plates. I also have like 8 sets of DBs not pictured.

I was going to answer, but I do CrossFit, so technically I don't workout. *sigh* :(
Always puzzled me that people choose to look into other people's lives, and then get mad at the stuff they are posting because those things are going on in their personal life. :lol This generation.

Unfollow, block, ignore.

People are going to post about things they are into.

When I was heavy into shoes, my feed was full of shoe pics. That's what I was into. I would post about shoes, collections, purchases I planned on making, purchases I've made. That's what I was into (kind of why I'm here). I'm sure people that weren't into shoes that followed me, would think "****, this ************ and his shoes". Working out though, that brings out the feels man, like it really burns people. Let people cook, let them be happy that they have taken a journey that requires dedication and discipline.

I unfollowed a lot of shoe related accounts... "I'm just not that into you anymore" Shrug...

I don't care if people are into fitness theres just no need for paragraphs on every pic it's not that deep. A lot of people just want recognition from others instead of doing it for themselves.

Don't you live in the South, Big Boss? Do you even know how snow looks like lol

I have weights in my garage. A real nice bar. Weights up to 500 pounds (of course, more than I need and can lift right now) but they're just collecting dust. Call me spoiled but I have to lift at a gym =(

Working out at home is definitely harder imo. Even if I'm just hitting the bike and stretching I feel like I have to go to the gym or I won't get anything accomplished. Guess you could say it's a lack of discipline but it is what it is :lol

I work night shift so I come off at 0700. By then I'm too tired to get changed and drive to the gym. I just want to invest a nice power rack, found a nice used set up on CL. I'll see if I get a reply.
