Mine are 275 C, 220 P, and 60 F. I'm around 220 aiming for 190.

I haven't weighed in yet but prob 205-208- ideallly 185 by end of May
 
My arms are 18 inches right now and I don't hold much fat in my arms. Them ******* better not dip below 17.5 [emoji]128514[/emoji]

Only if you squat 405 whilst wearin ultra boost. Then you may take 81 points worth of shots..

Great day in the gym today, sad I failed the triple but very happy with the rest of the workout.

Grooving into the cut, tryna keep all my strength for another bulk mid summer.

Chest and tricep day. Hit 260x3 x2 on flat bench. Hit it for 2reps last time i attempted it so making some improvements.

Almost saw a fight today at my gym :rollin a morning regular was doing pushups off dumbbells (admittedly in an awkward space off a walkway) but its pretty much dead at 6AM. Some guys walk in and instead of walking around him, they decide for whatever reason to jump directly over him while hes working. The guy rightfully gets up and starts cussing at them and knocks the offender's shaker cup of his hand and spills like right by my feet :rollin

What's a good pre-workout with little to no creatine in it? Black coffee does nothing for me

I tried that 1M.R. the other day. It was great
