I’m down for the NYC summit. I’ll take the train from central jersey to Penn. From there I’ll get lost though :lol:
 
I thought New York was awesome when I was there. I was only in Manhatten though, I think.

Leg Day at the gym. Worked up to a 365 single on sqwats. My lower back feels fresh still. I need to get better with the shoes with a heel it just feels different. Every PR I've ever set has been in a pair of Air Veers.
