I rem when dude was a chunky guy just trying to get it in.

His videos annoy me to be honest.

I’m more of a free style lifter nowadays.

I’ll run strength routines crossed with circuit training days and endurance cardio.

I set month long routines and switch it up, listen to my body.

Do y'all squat with a belt? Thinking about incorporating belted squats to get a higher wieght on my working sets...

Haven't squated with a belt in years.
 
i only use a belt at 80%+ and only if i feel i need it. and even then it’s onlu as guide to push against with the valsalva maneuver.

you know what’s good for getting your heart rate up....

i won’t say it :lol
