Shawn Rhoden is close but Phil got this. Rhoden has him in the abdominal section but Phil has everything else. He still has a bit of a gut tho.

Bro, i dont think Breon can be beaten, he basically has that 3D muscle at that size , like what people love with Phil.
Chris bum looks INCREDIBLE but he not beating Breon again.
3rd place is probably between George and Arash, I like Arash better.
Regan is trash.. he has good legs, but he should've never jumped out of open. He has to lose too much weight to get in to classic and you can tell the stress on his body.

I'm so trash at swimming. Old dude and old lady at least 50+ swimming for 20 mins straight laps.
I get in there. do 1 lap.. im gassed out.
back pedal back. swim another lap... gassed..
did that for about 10 minutes.
I'm so trash
 
swimming is wild tiring!

one time i thought i was gonna drown. me and some friends were on a house boat and out raft had untied and floated away a bit. i though i’d go get it and swim back. by the time i got there i was gassed...didn’t know how i was gonna make it back :lol:

Most people don’t even follow protocol to shower before swimming.

Probably not even scrubbing their hands after lifting.

Also I’ve seen so many dudes take pisses and not wash their hands and go back to lifting.

I wipe everything down before using it at the gym. No way I hop in the pool filled with protein farts and pre workout piss mixed with sweat.

Check your hair and make sure your not balding.

Use anti fungal shampoo after you swim every time to ensure(or insure idk lol) you don’t go bald.

I barely wipe the machines down before I use them at the gym unless it’s obviously mad sweaty.

What I do though is stay sleeved up. My bare skin rarely touches the equipment. Skin peeling up off the pads when you get up :sick:

If it touches your sleeves it’s going through the sleeves to your skin. But good luck though.

If something has a lot of sweat on it, I won’t even touch it.

Barbell Incline Next.... see sweat... I’ll do dumbbells instead. Only if it’s too much.

Rhodes back is a little trash and Phil has better legs. Only thing he has on Phil is the abdominal area which nobody is winning the Olympia for.
 
germaphobes in here :lol: if i see sweat i'll wipe it down then use it. no big deal.

I always wash my hands after I work out nd shower as soon as I get home.
Yup i wash or sanitize my hands 2-3 times during a workout. And if I have to use the bathroom I was my hands before that.
