STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

That’s disgusting.

Most people don’t even follow protocol to shower before swimming.

Probably not even scrubbing their hands after lifting.

Also I’ve seen so many dudes take pisses and not wash their hands and go back to lifting.

I wipe everything down before using it at the gym. No way I hop in the pool filled with protein farts and pre workout piss mixed with sweat.

Check your hair and make sure your not balding.

Use anti fungal shampoo after you swim every time to ensure(or insure idk lol) you don’t go bald.

Peace.

Im already bald :rollin
Plus if i die i die

germaphobes in here  if i see sweat i'll wipe it down then use it. no big deal.

I always wash my hands after I work out nd shower as soon as I get home.

I don’t really give a f while I’m at the gym , I just try to be cognizant by the time I’m at my house that whatever I’m wearing prob has diseases so I’ll try to either change or shower eventually

Always wash my hands after I’m done. Can’t leave the gym without doing it.

I always wipe stuff down before I use it, but never when I’m done. Does that make me an *******? I just assume everyone would do the same because you can never be sure the person before did.

Just got back from a clam bake. 7 Courses.

1. Salad and bread
2. Clam Chowder (Manhattan and New England)
3. Chicken Breasts and Thighs
4. Steamers (all you can eat)
5. 18 oz ribeye and corn on the cob
6. Whole Maine Lobster
7. Watermelon and cake

So glad Brandon won Physique and shut so many people up. That Andre dude acted like he was so tough when all he is is a glorified swimsuit model.

Which leads me to my second point, the pre press conference things is about the lamest thing I've ever seen in my life  they try to start so much drama and make its out to be something more than just dudes posing on a stage. The only one really about that life is Cedric, he's a real life soldier.

Sean's back needs a lot of work. A lot. Phil has the bigger arms so in the side poses, they stood out more than Rhoden's. Chest and legs about the same. Aside from the abdominal, I say Phil has it. However, he can't come to the next Olympia with the gut. He improved from last year, but he needs to cut it down a bit more if he wants to continue his streak.

I'm shocked. Aestherically, Rhoden looked better but I still had Phil for a number of reasons. Damn. I wonder if Phil is gonna continue

AND NEW MR. OLYMPIA.
Shawn was looking like old school Flex Wheeler on Stage. The most iconic pose is Wheelers walk on to the olympia stage looking like a drawn comic hero. it's about time they reward that.
Phill looked good as always, but there will never be better Phil than 2010/2011 phil.
(rumor is he may quit now.......which if he does.. confirms he was never great for bodybuilding, as everyone has always said about him..)

Shout out to Roelly also, I remember falling his journey from the chick trainer he use to have, to wanting to get as massive as possible to this look now. Roelly bring them legs more sliced and diced. he could get it next year
Ramy's not even worth my typing, he needs new trainers... no way in hell you coming to stage 310 and looking great.. Last year there was a case for him getting robbed.

I think Nathan De asha needs like 2 more years also. I like his body, he's a taller Flews Lewis

MEN'S physique went no where near what I thought it would.
can't believe Andre placed 5th I think all that crap talking and IG beef hurt him. , Also Raymond is huge, he needs to be in classic physique.
I sort of understand why Jeremy has been winning all these years even though I'm not a fan of him..(he was soft this year) I get what they're looking for a little better, I just wish they kept it to slimmer more attainable physiques, that was suppose to be the initial point of Men's physique. which is also why I was giving it to Andre a lot of these years. Brandon got a good body too though. but he's also pretty huge. Andre was always coming in at like 185 which i believe is attainable for the average person while looking pleasing.
Ryan Terry also is sort of like who I imagine they should be looking for as well.
From all the local bodybuilding shows I've been to. I like that look. but the pro shows i've been too, you have the guys who were pretty much on the stage last night and those are the ones I think need to transition to classic.

Now classic is getting too big. George Peterson is an open class body builder so is Regan and the dude who got 3rd place.
Bumstead, Breon and Aarash are good for that division. Divine masters that whole lot.

Unless health related, no way Phil retires. At least he shouldn't. Hes not even 40 yet I believe.

Roelly has a lot to work on honestly. I'm surprised he got the third spot

Roelly is a bit blocky..but he comes in hard...has the size. Has the muscle. ..best arms in the business. I think his legs are the only thing holding back. .

Heath just did an instagram video...has the words saying to come back...but didnt confirm he would.
Rhoden is a better ambassador. He was right in his interview. Heath stays in his state most of the time. He'll do some tours to schools and conferences. But you dont see him at other body building shows typically nor do you see him doing press runs like kai did

Interesting he'd considered retirement...day before yesterday in that gym interview he was saying he got his gut fixed and with how good he felt he could got another 6-7 yrs......now son wanna be a family man and drive the family van...you cant leave the gym off an L bro.

it wasnt even a controversal loss :lol, he didnt get screwed. Rhoden looked better than him in almost every way. Phil was up there looking randomly washed. gasping for air, coke head sweats. All that water retention..nobody to be mad at but himself. Larry Holmes Heath
