Shin splints are the worst right now. Hurt myself about a week and a half ago to two weeks ago and can't really recover because of all of the walking at school and work. Good thing its a somewhat forgiving area when working out. Was able to work out without much pain.
I like doing different variations with the rope, push downs, behind the head, over the head and also skull crushers. Close grip bench press is the king. in my opinion though, not OD stupid close like newbs do but right in line with the shoulder or just a nut hair inside. Switch up between heavy sets of 5-8 and rep work of 12-15 and they will blow up and increase your bench.

Nutribullet or Ninja.Random question, but what blender do some of you use that make protein shakes at home? I'm in the market. Want to add a shake after my workout.
Kind of want to add my protein powder into a a shake with fruit, almond milk and or veggies. Not just the powder and water.
Nutribullet or Ninja.
The big ninja. Got it at Sam’s. Had my Nutribullet for years and it’s now starting to get rust from the blades. Bigger blender is way better. More ingredient room.Which do you vouch for?

I have the highest power nutri ninja. Thing can blend rocks if it wanted. My only gripe is it’s loud as hell but what do you expect. Bed bath and beyond always has sales for them and not to mention there’s always 20% off coupons floating around.Random question, but what blender do some of you use that make protein shakes at home? “Close grip” bench is relative to your natural bench positioning.
Not everyone has a wide grip natural bench.
The activation of stabilizer muscles and core is greater than “normal squat”.
I dig the routine, wouldn’t personally do it - but it has its benefits.
I also like how you question everything I say. This is going to be fun.
^This lol.
Also, questioning Lord m boiz will not be tolerated. Start lifting people like he does then come holla.
