STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Shin splints are the worst right now. Hurt myself about a week and a half ago to two weeks ago and can't really recover because of all of the walking at school and work. Good thing its a somewhat forgiving area when working out. Was able to work out without much pain.

Try foot taps. Basically while seated with feet flat on the ground, tap your feet as fast as you can. After 30-60 seconds you'll start to feel it

I like doing different variations with the rope, push downs, behind the head, over the head and also skull crushers. Close grip bench press is the king. in my opinion though, not OD stupid close like newbs do but right in line with the shoulder or just a nut hair inside. Switch up between heavy sets of 5-8 and rep work of 12-15 and they will blow up and increase your bench.

“Close grip” bench is relative to your natural bench positioning.

Not everyone has a wide grip natural bench.

Of course hollywood trying to be all extra

Just squat normal same benefits, less risk.

The activation of stabilizer muscles and core is greater than “normal squat”.

I dig the routine, wouldn’t personally do it - but it has its benefits.

been suffering from anxiety, stress and slight depression from my eye so I havent been lifting .

freaking sucks cause my opthamologist referred me to a glaucoma specialist and that appointment isnt until another 3 weeks. frustrating because it keeps dragging on and they keep finding things "abnormal" with my eye but they cant diagnose me since they're not sure smh.

Random question, but what blender do some of you use that make protein shakes at home? I'm in the market. Want to add a shake after my workout.

Kind of want to add my protein powder into a a shake with fruit, almond milk and or veggies. Not just the powder and water.

Nutribullet or Ninja.

The big ninja. Got it at Sam’s. Had my Nutribullet for years and it’s now starting to get rust from the blades. Bigger blender is way better. More ingredient room.

Cool, gonna see where I can get the big ninja for the cheapest.

I have the highest power nutri ninja. Thing can blend rocks if it wanted. My only gripe is it’s loud as hell but what do you expect. Bed bath and beyond always has sales for them and not to mention there’s always 20% off coupons floating around.

Not everyone has a wide grip natural bench.

For most people their wrists should be aligned with their elbow as they bench, creating a 90 degree angle with the shoulder.

Never said everyone has a wide grip bench, if anything most people dont unless they are training for powerlifting purposes.

Oh you dont say? I can tell by her entire body shaking as she performs it. That was all for show, nothing more nothing less. Let me know how it turns out when your knee buckles or foot slips...

I also like how you question everything I say. This is going to be fun.

Jumping rope is the ****ttttttt

Getting much better at it. Hitting double understand, cross overs and messing around with the footwork. Sickest cardio

^This lol.

Also, questioning Lord m boiz m boiz will not be tolerated. Start lifting people like he does then come holla.

Hahah oh man hes definitely going to take some digs at me, say I think my word is law around here, Im fat, only wear sweatpants etc

He used to be real strong and he definitely knows his **** but he doesnt like me on some personal **** that wasn't even serious.

I dont want to derail this thread though but I will argue my previous comments about benching and homegirl doing pistol squats.
