Hit legs for the first time since my back injury (2+ months)... eased back into squats... lost a lot of strength.. was only able to get 315 x 3 lol. My 1rm before was 405 lol... finished off with 255 3x8...

Did accessories and machines... pray for my legs tomorrow y’all.. they shaking right now

Awhile ago i was feening from then x 2s and never got it
Can’t speak for the 4 but the 3’s are the ONLY headphones that haves lasted me more than a year with no problems. Rain, 110 degree hour runs, boxing, sauna, everything. Beats, Apple, Bose, ALL broke on me in a matter of months.

Man I just fixed all my typos lol. Yeah, On amazon they were like 120 or something. I will admit I put these things to the test though. Lots of extremes 7 days a week. I’m sure if you’re just casually doing gym BS most brands will work fine. I will say beats always gave me problems with battery issues. Will never go back to them (power beats 2-3)

Sat down and went through my workout log and calculated the volume by week on my bench the last 6 weeks after watching an Alan Thrall video ...



Man I didn’t even know it was that bad. I realize I’m only doing like 30-50 reps per week if barbell bench. Hasn’t been until the last two weeks that I added a second day for close grip. I am doing 5/3/1 FSL and I like it. I just need more volume because the last few years I only been barbell benching 1x a week, 2 on occasion. Still haven’t passed 4x225 and I set that mark almost 2 years ago.

Gonna sit down and find a way to hit all big lifts at least 2x a week. Thrall mentions when he benched 4x a week doing a comp style bench on day 1 and the other three days hitting variations (pause bench, pin bench, close grip, touch and go, etc) between 65-80% 1RM. Think I’ll do something similar. Can’t remember the last time I did 4x8 or 5x10 or something similar for volume purposes in bench.

I mentioned in here a few weeks back how good and strong I was feeling. Still feel that way, but I think I’m just recognizing this at a good time so I feel optimistic about it.

Already inadvertently 2 weeks in, so just gonna continue but with more planning and also implementing it on my other lifts and will report back in December.

Depends on what I'm doing.
PPL: 2hrs, 15mins - 2hrs, 45mins.
Who Was CNS: 1hr, 30mins - 2hrs, 0mins.
SL 5x5: 1hr, 30mins. ICF pushes 2 hrs.
PHAT: 1hr, 45mins. - 2hrs, 30mins.
Arnold Split: 2hrs (Delts/Arms) -2hrs,45mins (Chest/Back):sick:

Rest times are usually 1.5-2mins on compound lifts, higher if maxing out. PHAT and PPL usually have about 40 working sets

Most accessories are supersetted, especially if pressed for time. Only rush if late to the gym and lifting before work.

All my gyms are 24/7, so no keys needed.:pimp:
