I was grabbing the rim easily in November but after month plus off being sick i can't even touch the rim anymore
 
Hate when MFers got them Greek God genetics but the work ethic of a ******* couch. Dude could be a monster but rather play video games and half *** in the gym and on his diet. Probably a good thing I aint 6'4 with BBC genetics or some ****, Id be a ******* problem out here.

How convenient, I was curious whether the strength of a a certain muscle group will affect the position/appearance of another. I'd imagine overtraining your back will pull your arms and chest in one direction?

No. Posture is unique to the individual - highly variable even from the same person from instance to instance. “Tight” or “shortened” muscles aren’t going to force you into any posture you don’t want to be in. Further, the evidence that any particular posture is harmful for you during ADL or exercise isn’t good nor is there any “push : pull” ratio that is going to prevent injury or optimize “shoulder health” - whatever that means.

More important factors for injury reduction are load and fatigue management. Also, if you want a muscle to grow/get stronger I’d suggest just doing exercises that target that muscle with enough volume to induce growth as well as making sure you have enough nutrition on board (enough calories, quality protein with all EAAs and high amounts of leucine, etc)

He had some pretty amazing videos with Mike O'Hearn when they do various last man standing comps. Some serious weight being moved.
