The irony of calling folks fat when you yourself won't eat food.
The other half of this apple pie ought to be the perfect preworkout snack.

Of course. But anyway, I don't believe that being mature, and old has to do with women squeezing my arms or biceps. I even doubt that women would squeeze a scrawny arm out of the blue.perhaps hypothetically if all things were equal but when is that actually ever the case?
while not exactly the same scenario, a woman was telling me how she broke up with a dude who over the course of their relationship started to pursue pro bodybuilding, saying that the aesthetic & lifestyle change(s) made cuz less attractive to her, another wouldn't even consider a dude being 'that into themselves' proudly proclaiming she should be the 'narcissist' in the equation
guys both overrate & underrate the physical part of attraction for women, some guys think that's all there is while others downplay it way too much. being extra in shape can matter, it just usually doesn't...with women, many studies show this too, things tend to be much more about context. whereas for dude an attractive woman is an attractive woman almost regardless of circumstance, height, occupation, personality; for women the same dude can be more or less attractive depending on so many other things.
also it can be hard to make comparisons in this regard, even to one's self because invariably one is comparing their younger less developed 'immature' self to their older more knowledgeable mature self. age/competence/confidence/maturity/wisdom is also attractive to women so it could be also be those things in combination with/rather than actually being less thin/more muscular
women definitely care about a guy being attractive and in shape, just less than guys who focus on that tend to believe
Back at it. I’m 4lbs shy of my goal weight. If all goes according to plan, I’ll hit 185 in two weeks.
Have you seen Stephen Miller’s hairline?Spreading cheeks instead of hate?
reupped on this clear whey protein & picked up another brand, wish i would have picked another flavor tho…it’s too similar to the seed; the scoop for these clear proteins seem to be pretty massive
seriously, does anyone else get a case of emotional downs when they leave the gym? My endorphins are so high in the GTX and Alpha classes. Once I finish my bike ride home and get settled in, it’s like I feel empty. Anyone else?

its a common thing. a lot of people use the gym to escape reality for a few hours.
once that ends they get depressed in the car ride home knowing its back to reality and doing the same mundane thing in their life.
we've all been there + still go through it.
one thing I can suggest is try to work out calmly if that makes sense. for me, I no longer need to hype myself up every time I lift. I dont need any music when i want to hit a PR either.
i usually just just chill, listen to music/podcasts, and get my workout in.
Negged. You can't go hard in the gym without hatred in your heart.
Eff all that being calm BS.
you aint make gains the past 3 years though
is Iso Jym good in terms of taste?
