yea i feel you. I have my days where I'm in the mood for db rows, but typically I don't like the body positioning need for them.
 
my friend just recently got into working out. he got on the 24 hour fitness costco deal.

hes small. probably ~120-130#, and he wants to put on weight, obviously. do you guys have any weight gainers that you recommend that he can add into his diet?

If I'm doing them one armed, I just do 'em at the rack. With both arms I find it tough to fully engage my last unless I drop the weight and focus on recruiting my lats.

Definitely prefer BB rows. Underhand grip FTW. Excellent for the bis too which is why I rarely spend an entire session training arms solo.

for which exercises? chest presses and db rows? good stuff either way. welcome to the club whoady
Thanks doggie, chest press for now. I don't like db rows really so I normally just do them with the bb. 
100+ on chest press? Thats good stuff bro..thats when u know uve made it..kinda like when u hit 315 on the bench press and 405 on squats

Isomass by ON..its expensive as fff but works..the taste is

Yea eat a helluva a lot and go with a protein or creatine shake. Eat/drink 1 gram of protein for body weight. Consume many calories by eating every two hours since his metabolism is prolly crazy. Introduce him to the bench to add muscle mass.
 
Google it. From my reading, mono does the job at a much cheaper clip. That "bloat" associated with mono is different from person-to-person, I haven't experienced it.
 
Does it matter what time of day you take your protein shake after you workout? I break my fast at 1pm but these next 2 days ill be out of the gym by 7am.
 
I leave for a Mediteranean Cruise on Satruday..... will be on for 7 days

I heard about the weight gain curse when it comes to cruises. Not to mention the excursions that we are doing when we get to Naples, Rome, and Florence.

Dont want to ruin my cut.....but want to have fun... whyyyyyyyyyyyyy me
