Are you talking about when he goes heavier and kind of jerks it as he goes up? I just started doing them and want to make sure I'm not doing that.That guy's form on those deadlifts are so bad with the way he rounds his back.

Good looks, I always try to keep my out and tight also.When he's deadlifting while standing on the plates, he's pulling and lowering the bar with a rounded back. Head position and where you're looking can play a big part in it. Make sure your shoulders are back, your head is up and your looking at your eyes in the mirror during the whole lift. Those are the ques I use.
dont know how u guys drink ON protein there are so many better options out there i find it funny when people talk about how good it is i mean anything from even dymatize has better flavoring, ON has decent macros so it will get the job done but applauding its taste when u can only compare it to just gnc brand proteins is hysterical, giant sports, trutein, iforce, cellucor, gaspari and many others that are cheaper or the same price as ON and are actually a treat to drink

I've never understood the ON hype. To each their own though.
Just speaking of protein shakes in general, I always buy vanilla so I can add my own flavor depending on what I'm feeling.
Lately I've been adding Heresey's cocoa in. About a 1.5 tablespoons (15 calories) in z of milk and it adds a much better chocolate taste than any chocolate protein powder has. I highly recommend giving it a try.

don't trip bro, I go on cruises all of the time. Just took a 2 week one in April, was wonderful btw, you're gonna have a blast. I didn't gain weight tho. Eating all of the time kept my metab moving. Not to mention I was in the little fitness center for like 5 days. Plus each port, you'll do quite a bit of walking either on tours or perusing the area, so that's your slow steady cardio. Boom.
