STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

How do they make money doing this?

I'm not too sure TBH. But i've used them out of sheer curiosity, and they ship out of Boise, ID. I get a BB.com box, and a BB.com receipt no matter the eBay location of the seller. I've had sellers in TX, MA, and an hour away in Valencia, CA and all have come from BB

Bb.com is based in Boise... are the prices cheaper than Bb? Perhaps the individual doing the selling has some sort of discount (employer, promotional, article author or something) so they get 20% off everything and then they resell to you on eBay marked up half that so you save like 10 percent and they pocket 10% or something. Don't know but you can probably order thru Bob as

props to you

but i dont even hop on the scale anymore, i started to give less cares about my weight around october, its not the number that satisfies me, its how i feel, what i can do, and what i see in the mirror

Completely agree with you. I'm starting to care less about the scale and looking more into my fitness/strenght. When I first started, I couldnt run a mile. 2 weeks later, I can do 3 miles without stopping.

Actually, I'll just remove these

now you know you gotta post the stats homie

height
mass
bf%

edit: i bet you wouldve taken gold if your obliques were more ripped

5''9 and I was 184 for the contest. I should've gotten my bf measured closer to the contest date but it slipped my mind. I know abt 4 weeks out I was at 7.8% from a caliper measurement. Yea to get them to show I need to focus on them more in training and probably drop to abt 175 next time.

184 lbs at 5'9 is way too heavy for a show unless ur a BBer stacked with muscle..for u competing in Physique u should be more in the 167-170 range for full leanness and vascularity..

I also heard that NPC is raising the Req for the length of board shorts to be shorter and show more quads because of how stiff the level of comp is currently....however dont expect that to happen this year since NPC takes forever on changing anything..

Yesterdays workout got my legs aching.

5 rep max back squat

max reps in 7 minutes of burpee over the box jumps (24")

one mile run immediately after the burpee box jumps

They are, that's true. They've gotta be either reps, or work for BB

Either way they are the biz

Yea I kno but a lot of my weight is in my quads/hams. The judges had no problem with my size and i actually got some good feedback as I was still pretty lean. I won't go below 175 though as I feel those 10 lbs will be very noticeable.

If your body fat is what your said it is, I don't see a problem with your weight

Hit up Costco. They have a 15 pack of Chobani for about $12-13.

I'll keep that in mind. I prefer Oiko's vanilla tho over Chobani. Just tried the Chobani's vanilla a couple days ago.

I hope This Apple watch drops, I want to cop a Fitbit Flex or Nike Fuel Band but I`m waiting to see what apple does.

should also look out for the new Bodymedia Fit coming out this August supposedly.

its gonna be waterproof, have a heartrate moniter, more smaller, and all the other good stuff the previous BMF had.

Found out the BMF is classified in the FDA as a Class II Medical Device, kinda cool i guess

About to hit up BJs (it's like a Costco) for snacks and yogurt. What do you guys eat in between meals? I've been looking to get planter's nuts or a bunch of protein bars.

If it wasn't as big I'd buy it asap (if it could be some sort of wristband).

I had the fuelband and I didn't like it (price, made up "fuel, bulky, etc) and didn't feel like it offered what other trackers do. I am intrigued by the new Fitbit Flex though.

Any of you all own one of them golds gym or world gym tank tops? How do they run? Also anyone lift in tights? Seen these nice Adidas tights at sports authority, I probably wouldn't even wear shorts over them

Sounds interesting, any links on this? I couldn't find anything on it

No to the tights. I only wear basketball shorts when I lift.

I wear UA tights under basketball shorts.

I wear thermals underneath in the cold months.
