Not re-racking weight and not spraying down equipment are my pet peeves.

Everything else I speak up on if it's something directly affecting me. My boys call me the gym bully lol. I straight up don't give a ****. I always find a way to work in if everything is packed, guilt people into giving me bars/benches, and hurrying their training. I'm not an *** about it, but if you stand around and wait for people, you're only gonna get so much done. Screw that curling in the squat rack ish I speak up. Just gotta know the way to approach those folks.

Weird part is weigh less than I did on mothers day. I weighed myself today after cardio and i'm FINALLY in the 140's barely at 149.6

-just bought 2 five pound tubs of Dymatize ISO-100 vanilla for $90 from ebay. :smokin If i bought it from bb.com it would've been around $130 with the 10% discount.

-Some random guy I just met yesterday at the gym said I look like a totally different person compared to 2-3 months ago. Feelsgoodman


-Also back on mothers day I saw my cousin who i haven't seen in maybe 1.5-2 months saw me and said I was getting too skinny and look like an alien smh lol. Pointed out look like she gaining weight and kinda gettin the double chin now haha. She told me gained 18 lbs. She was all snappy and mad after that. I swear people will try to bring you down with them if they gettin fat or are fat

-squats went up another 5 lbs from 205 to 210 for reps from Mothers day cheat

I have nothing against doing heavy straight bar curls on a squat rack, my only pet peeve is people not wiping down

This.... It has gotten to the point I bring in a towel to lay on the bench when I use the equipment...and i STILL wipe up after I am done.

Oh and who cares if u wear a hat to the gym, it's not that serious dude...I wear a beanie when I work out, always have always will.

i dropped from 270 to 190 and people said im too skinny and im far from skinny and of course these people arent exactly in the greatest shape themselves. Ive literally been told to eat something twice.

Sometimes I forget to bring a towel since my gym doesn't have towel service. Fortunately I don't sweat a whole lot.
 
started something new with my routine.

I call it the heavy/stretch technique... basically I start my workouts going heavy (15,10,8,6) and then for my last few exercises I do stuff that gets super deep stretches for high reps. For example on chest days I start my workouts going heavy on incline dumbbells, and then I end my chest day with doing deep slow push ups with my TRX straps... the pump is AMAZING, and you really feel the burn the next day :smokin
