its a new exercise to you, thats why its working now, the plateau on that exercise is legit because you're going to be able to perform the extension but you wont be able to hold the weight in the desired position for long once you up the anteI always though kickbacks were sort of bogus until I tried them out again. The last three times I did chest/tri I did them and they are going to be a staple in my routine from now on. Def agree that they are underrated.
