STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Some guy I talk to at the gym had these grips today. Uses them for various exercises, he was happening to be doing biceps as was I and decided to give them a try. I did feel it more in my forearms and made me work harder for my curls. Is there an actual benefit for these though?

they're for the forearm and grip strength. I have fatgripz. I put them on dbs when I do hammer curls. Definitely beneficial.

I never have an appetite when its hot outside. All I want to eat are icys and drink cold beverages. Ate a ton of fruit salad and drinking lots of water. I looked at the stuff from the grill and wanted no parts of it, I refuse to eat anything heavy. Now once the sun goes down I may indulge in some of that steak we cooking later, but right now its way too hot.

I have a physical fitness test coming up in a few months for a job as a State Trooper and I was wondering what's a good workout routine to be able to pass all these tests concurrently?

Vertical Jump - 14 Inches

Illinois Agility Run - 23.5 Seconds

300-Meter Run - 77 Seconds

Push-Ups - 13 Repetitions

1.5-Mile Run - 17 Minutes and 48 Seconds

Push ups aren't really a problem, past 13 I don't start to get winded. My vertical jump is around 15 inches but I want to improve it. My running is what's gonna need some work since it's not my strong suit. I'd also like to work out my lower back since I had slight herniation and I don't want that to be a problem later on.

So I see all these people that get off stage from NPC and they're so happy when someone brings the pop-tarts. Does anyone know why? :lol I always found that a little weird but is it because of the sugar?

dude, I am in the worst shape of my life probably and I would smoke that test. 14 inches? Well I have never done an Illinois agility run but the rest of those numbers are ridiculously easy.

I guess you could look into some plyometrics for your vert or running, or just practice running and cardio to get your endurance better and lose weight at the same because I am going to assume you are fat.

Fat grips seem ridiculously overpriced tho like 40 bucks each. They're good for grip strength and forearms tho.

freeze, copping the masters, nice. You get college gym access out of that?

My brother turned 30 today. I was the only one not to have burgers, cake, and ice cream. Along with getting in my workout this morning, I am truly about that life lol

I'm using them Pop tarts, but before this store shut down around the block from me and I stocked up on PT's I was heavily investigating straight up Maltodextrin, waxy maize

Malto is cheap AF
